Sandler Engineering Solution Limited was established in 2011 as a registered business name in Kenya. The company began with a clear mission: to deliver reliable, high-quality civil engineering and construction services with professionalism and integrity. Early projects focused on residential buildings, road works, drainage systems, and site investigations.
As demand grew, Sandler strengthened its engineering team and invested in modern tools and equipment. The company began handling larger structural works and diversified into commercial and industrial construction projects.
This period marked the company’s transition from a small contractor to a multi-service engineering solutions provider. Sandler expanded its services to include:
Steel and reinforced concrete bridges
Water works and tanks
Structural rehabilitation
Large-scale commercial developments
Building on its strong reputation in Kenya, Sandler extended its operations into other African markets, including Somalia. This expansion positioned the company as a regional player in civil engineering and construction.
The company grew to over 100 skilled professionals, including engineers, project managers, surveyors, and artisans. Structured project management systems were introduced to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality control.
Sandler was officially incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act of Kenya. This milestone strengthened corporate governance, financial structure, and compliance, enabling the company to undertake larger and more complex projects.
Today, Sandler operates across multiple African countries, delivering civil works, road construction, structural engineering, real estate development, and engineering consultancy services.
